Rules
Beginning of stay: from 16:00 to 20:00. End of stay: by 11:00. (Different times must be agreed with the property in advance).
The minimum length of stay is n. 3 days (3 nights), beyond which the “weekly” prices listed in the price list will be applied. The apartments will be delivered tidy and clean. Bed linen and towels will be provided only upon explicit request with an additional price. The price of the stay is inclusive of consumption costs (water, electricity, gas).
The prices indicated are weekly.
Payment is made upon arrival (Check-in).
Pet friends are allowed.
For the RESERVATION of the apartment the customer must send a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay. In case of written cancellation by email, received at least 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. In case of written cancellation by email, received at least 15 days before the arrival date, only 50% will be refunded. In case of written cancellation by email, received less than 15 days before the arrival date, no amount will be refunded, as well as in case of early departure.
